Export Disqualified Records List

Use this request to obtain a list of phone numbers disqualified since a specified date. If no PullFrom date is provided or the date is invalid, the default is the past 48 hours. Output Formats: JSON CSV TSVData Range: Only the previous month's data is available. For example, on July 15th, you can retrieve data from June 15th to July 15th.

DateTimeOffset to start pulling disqualified phone's from, supporting up to the last month of data.
The format should be a string that can be parsed into a DateTimeOffset: {YYYY}-{MM}-{DD}T{HH}:{MM}:{SS}{+/-}{UTC-Hours}:{UTC-Minutes}.
